Who We Are
We're a team of women who put on events for other women in the BCom program to meet each other, network with successful female business professionals, and learn how to be successful in the business world. We work closely with the Young Women in Business (YWIB) Club to put on events.

Business Banquet
Our biggest event. A leadership panel and networking mixer connecting young women with accomplished female professionals.
Headshot Event with YWIB
This event is an amazing opportunity to get a professional style headshot that you can use to elevate your LinkedIn profile, portfolios and personal use.
Fun Activities with YWIB
Events such as Spin Classes, Paint and Wine night, and socials to connect other women in your courses and in areas of interest.
Our Big EventA beautiful night of networking, connecting, and learning with accomplished female professionals.
Voices of Women in Business Banquet
Our banquet connects driven students with influential female leaders in the business community. Enjoy an evening of inspiring keynote speeches and invaluable networking opportunities designed to elevate your career trajectory. You will be placed at a table with at least one professional and fellow students with similar career interests.

The Speakers
We are thrilled to welcome a dynamic group of women from across the business world, including entrepreneurs and leaders in finance, marketing, and public relations. Every speaker brings her own unique journey and experiences, offering endless inspiration and actionable advice for your future.
Some of our previous speakers were from Raymond James, BMO, The City of Victoria, Swank Creative Inc, Haven Spa, etc.
The Atmosphere
We pride ourselves on cultivating a beautiful, welcoming, and safe atmosphere for all speakers and attendees. The evening will feature appetizers, drinks, vibrant floral arrangements, and elegant photo opportunities.
This year the theme is Pearls and Pacific so expect blues, pearly whites, beige, and silks.
