Howdy there! My name is Michael Willis, and I am thrilled to be the 2025/2026 Executive of Internal! I will be in my third year of Business and also my third year with the CSS! I began my CS tenure as a Brand Ambassador, then became the director of the Commerce Cup. The CSS has been an incredible experience for me, I have made countless friends, given many opportunities for career and personal growth, and havehad a fun time!

As the Executive of Internal, I oversee a team responsible for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), Hiring, and the Cohort representative program. This year I plan to help revamp orientation for the business program and have even more CSS team bonding events! I cannot wait to hit the ground running in September
